Leadership Experience

Rachel has over 10 years of professional experience leading sales, marketing and customer service teams. Now as an entrepreneur, Rachel believes in creating a culture of empowerment and self development for her employees and her clients. She strongly believes in the power of community and carries that through both her business and personal life. Rachel co-founded and ran Livingston Women in Business for over three years and recently co-founded and launched Montana Matriarch, who's mission is to unite women and improve the community by raising awareness, enhancing skills and facilitating action.

Rachel has been actively involved in the community serving on a number of non-profit boards, as well as creating and hosting community events.
